• Exhibitor must be responsible for the rental unit, any damage, misuse or lost will be charged.
• No stickers or painting is allowed on the rental unit and must be cleaned before return.
• Exhibitor must be present when returning the rental unit.
• 100% Upfront Payment
• Add-ons must be purchased separately for each event itself
• Cut off Date for Add-Ons: 17 July 2023
• After 17 July 2023: 30% Surcharge
• On-site Add-Ons: 100% Surcharge
